Not sure what my "goal weight" should be 🤔🤔 More muscle means I'm going to end up weighing a bit more than I do now.

Scale will definitely go up once you start training so don't let it mess with your mind, it almost made me stop lifting but then I realized muscle is heavier than fat. I gained 4 kg in 4 months and I'm training and building muscle in maintenance.
