Iv bought some chia seeds I have read they are really good for u, do I just sprinkle them on my cereal?? Don't think I could have them in a drink cos when I saw that it looked thick n gloopy 🤢

u can put chia on anything. high in protein but also calories so b careful. xx

I have them in my smoothie 🙂 so much you can have them in though

I normally use them with yogurt salads breakfast can’t do it with water too doesn’t look nice

I'm having them in my porridge for my break ill let u no lol, I'm quiet a fussy eater so hope they taste OK xx

I have them as part of my omega seed mix on my porridge.

The soluble fibre content will slow down digestion so that may make you feel fuller and settle the digestion right enough. Very good for you!!

I am a big fan of fibre.......soluble and insoluble. And I think our *AHEM* digestive system is a great indicator of our overall health. So I don't mind a discreet chat about these things!!

Heather, thank you. How are you? Please don't put me off char seeds, as I was thinking of trying them. Are they expensive? Everyone different I might or might not like them but I'll give them ago. Just about to watch Good old Emmerdale and Corrie, have done since they started. Enjoy your Evening. Xx🤩

£2 for 200g and cos they are so small there are loads, iv had them in my porridge and on my weetabix they don't really taste of much but are crunchy, iv not had too many at a time as I hear it helps with the digestive don't want any surprises lol xx

I just whack them in my porridge along with blueberries

I have them mixed in with a few frozen berries which I leave in the fridge overnight( the berries defrost and the seeds thicken the juice). I then put it on top of yogurt the next morning.

The seeds are really working for me I still feel full at lunch when iv put them in my porridge so don't eat as much at lunch yay xx
