I was doing great all week. I ate between 1600 and 1700 calories and walked at least two miles every day. Then Sunday hit. I walked my 2 miles but ate way more calories then I should have. However, I don't think it was a bad thing. If I deny myself one day of eating with my Mom then whats the point.
