Diario de loosinisfun, 09 jun. 09

gooooooooood mornin everyone!!!...ive been lackin on stayin on track every since i couldnt go walkin like i was use to...my journalin was sufferin from it...i was havin problems stayin on track with my eating..it was all sufferin cause i just couldnt get out an do a morning walk like i wanted to...well today i went for a morning walk...went for a 65 min walk..i can tell you right now, being off for almost 3 weeks or so it seemed..definately makes a difference in your walkin ...after the first 15 mins i was feelin it..all the time thinkin should i just make it a short walk to start out with..but i kept pushin it wanting to find out if my knee is back to normal ...well so far so good...7387 steps so far an its only 730am...lol...so plan on gettin alot done today..already watered the mator plants and next when the store opens gonna do the weekly walk thru there...pickin up only the right things..an leavin all the salty stuff there..lol...well most of it anyways...feel alot better being able to get bck into a walkin habit for a change..feel more upbeat about it all...decided this morning to download some new podcasts off of itunes from fitmusic...they are free an i can put them on my mp3 player to listen to when i go walkin...give me somethin different to listen to to get me in the swing of things to come...took the couch to 5k mp3 off my player cause i think thats what caused my knee to get messed up..guess its more then my knee can handle...not sure if mabye doing a beginner version of the first session would be a way of starting it out or not...not sure i want to find out...just happy im able to do moring walks again...have a greattttttt day everyone!!!!!
