Past four days my blood pressure dropped to 90s range, and I was feeling nauseous and lightheaded the whole time. This held me back from going to Yoga or do any types of exercises. I basically just stayed home trying to raise my blood sugar level a bit higher. I ate about 1400~ kcal this week, and just went back to yoga yesterday (friday). Surprisingly today I weighed 121.5lbs! However, my weight fluctuates a lot, so this is not very reliable result. The only differences I made past couple days was drinking lots of Yerba Mate (Java mate) mixed with black dragon tea from Teavana and trying to limit calories intake within 1200 ckal. The reason why I limited my calories was that I barely did any work out this week, so I found out that RDI for 99lbs chick with sedentary active level should be within 1200ckal. (I was told you are supposed to eat as how much your desired weighted people should eat daily, now how much you weigh currently.) Hopefully I get to meet my goal losing 25lbs.
