It's always tough to understand how, when starting a new workout program that really pushes you, that for the first few weeks you may not lose any weight, or even gain some. You tell yourself you understand that it's just the muscle building up, muscle that you'll need moving forward, but it's still a little disconcerting to see it. I've been doing p90x3 for a little over 2 1/2 weeks, and I've so far gained 6 pounds. Well, I've gained 13, then back down to six, so hopefully in the next month or two the weight will continue to come off.
