Holy cow! All thanks to my most recent diet plan. it's called the bad tooth diet. my tooth had been killing me and I had it pulled, therefore not able to eat much. lol

I just had 5 teeth out a week ago tomorrow ( wisdom teeth plus 1) and I am on a soft diet, which happens to be much lower in calories than a regular diet. It's working for me as well!
