Diario de POWENCH, 08 jun. 09

I just read the book, body for life for women while I was in the back country last week. It really struck a cord and I am trying to incorporate some of the principles of both the eating and the exercise. I don't think I will join the formal challenge, but I think I will give it the 12 weeks. It does seem to have jumpstarted some weight loss. I like the idea of trying to go cold turkey on the sugar thing.....just might do the trick.

I really want to get below 200 by the end of June, so I am trying to focus on why I am doing this and what is most important to me. Is it food or is it my health, I am hoping the answer is my health.
