Hi - May I make a suggestion? For your breakfast use one whole egg and 2 egg whites instead of two whole eggs. If you are in a hurry for breakfast. I scramble 2 eggs, 5 egg whites with 1/2 C of Heavy Whipping Cream. Spray a square pan with Pam and pour into pan. I add anything I want after that. Sausage, Bacon, Veggies - whatever. Then I the top with shredded Cheddar Cheese. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let it cool completely and cut into 4 even squares. We cover each with foil and microwave 45 sec in the mornings.
