Diario de Toni Bourlon, 18 abr. 22

I did pretty well holding on to the weight loss, I was up by 3/4 lb this morning, but after Easter Sunday dinner I think that was pretty good. The sour cream lemon pie I made yesterday was also pretty good, I had 2 servings, LOL! It will probably be gone by the time I get home, which will also be a good thing. Today I'm back to tracking, final week of the 21-day fix but this is probably the beginning of a reasonably good eating plan. More veggies, YAY!!! Plus a determined effort to eat ALL the food I bought & prepared, while cutting down on the food waste.
