It's the Sasko Chocolate Flavoured Bake Mix, 120g protein powder and (I used USN tex flavour) and 450ml cake zero (replaces the oil and egg or other liquids that usually go into the the muffin mix). Secret is to store it in a airtight container when it's still cooling off. Then you've got moist yummy muffins the next day.
