Back to 55/56kg - Unfortunately this week even after the awesome, amazing weekend I've just been hit with 'the blues and incidents'. A bit of stress, maybe a bug, and some nasty leg/knee pain that may have been due to the shuttle training on the weekend... and wham! Insert multiple favourite chocolates into this hole *points at gaping mouth*
Going to keep an eye on it for this week, but I'm not going to go panic about it or anything. First thing is to get outta the emotional eating/snacking phase and also to pick the spirits up a bit. Maybe even get a massage or something for my darn leg...
