Not to pleased this morning. .6 increase in weight despite being 800 under my RDA . Think Im going to do strictly mean green juice today. My calfs & knees have been sore and I throttled back my workouts for a few days. But, no excuses. ughh.. it's time to step back on the gas a bit and see if I can get back into my normal routine. If not I will spend more time on my total gym. I hate when the scale goes the wrong way. 😒
