Well, another weigh in and another disappointment. I've only lost 1.8lbs in 2 weeks! ARRRGH! I think my biggest problem with this whole thing lately is that I'm not really drinking enough water. I am drinking quite a bit, but I still don't think it's enough. I'll see if that makes a difference because, really, I am doing quite well with the food and exercise! Oh well. Another chance to keep it going, I am lucky to have it.
I am going to do another 8 km hike tomorrow carrying about 23 lbs, so that will definitely burn a lot of calories! I'll be sure to drink a whole lot of water too!
