Diario de lynnerobb, 03 dic. 14

I just can't seem to get motivated to get moving! I don't know if it is because I constantly hurt, or because I am just lazy and it is cold outside, but I know eating right alone isn't going to help. I feel so fat and gross , and today my pants I bought after my last big loss wouldn't fit, so I know i had to have gained. I want to go and eat an entire container of peanut butter ice cream, because I have that horrid habit of eating when I am upset, and it seems like I am always upset. If I just had SOMEONE to walk with me , anything, it would be better. The hubby is recovering from major back surgery and isn't allowed to walk around yet, so *shrugs*

Why do you think eating right won't do it? I agree that exercise certainly helps to speed up the process (and makes you feel better too), but as long as you're in a caloric deficit from your activity, you should be going in the right direction. Hang in there Lynn and keep trying. I hope your husband's recovery goes well.
