I'm down to 205. Only 5 more pounds until I reach my 1st goal of 200! I'd like to get to 198 (random, I know) for my cruise (5/21). I can do it. I just have to stay focused and disciplined.

I brought my shoes to work so I can walk during my lunch. I really fell away from it and need to get back.

My goal for today is to walk during my lunch and drink 64 oz. of water.

Way to go!!! No more chest pains, I hope and pray. We will break that 200 mark soon...You will hear me shouting all around the country when we do. Keep up the good work...I enjoyed the royal wedding also...so different from the last one in 1981!!!
