going away down the shore tomorrow till sunday...gonna bring a healthy breakfast for each day, water and 100 calories snack packs...gonna do moderation make sure i stay below 1700 calories. I will be walking a few miles a day while there and if they have a gym at the hotel I shall work out in there. Not letting this vacation be a vacation from being healthy!
