Once again I'm going on it, I might just weigh myself monthly, as soon I see iv lost I seem to think it's OK to eat crap again. I no it doesn't make sense 😳 but it's like I have to ruin the good work xx

I get you! I work hard, get to target, then relax my eating regime and put on weight again. I just can't get the balance right.

This is me too 🙋‍♀️ so frustrated with myself everytime I do it! Monthly weigh ins may actually be the answer 😅
