Happy Tuesday Everyone.
Had a guys' getaway with my 12 year old son to Indianapolis. We stayed at the Crown Royal Plaza downtown - and the room was an actual Pullman train car. It was pretty cool. We indulged - had great steak, candy, chips, sodas, and it was well worth the weight I put on :) Being divorced and splitting time with their mother, getting one on one time with him without his sister is pretty important. Fun.
I am really looking forward to Thanksgiving. I know everyone seems to have mixed feelings about it - but, quite frankly, it's a pretty healthy dinner. I mean, Turkey, veggies, salads, etc. I plan for the pies and bread - but hey - family time and football seem worth it. Luckily, my gym is open Thanksgiving for a few hours - so I will get in some good work to offset. :)
Cardio today in the form of the 200 medicine ball workout and 40 minutes of LISS on elliptical.
