So after 400g lost, which seems to be on the high-end of loss for me, we went out for sushi last night, which would have been healthy in moderation, but I just entered that zone that I used to with a packet a biscuits and ate wayyy too much, and then had desert.
I guess on the upside, sushi isn't particularly unhealthy, (and lets not even mention the dessert - I did only eat half of the gelato, but really had a "diet be damned" moment) but still - when am I going to learn self-control when I am out of my controlled home environment?
