I joined a challenge today, recorded the food I ate this morning, and posted "before" photos so I can see the difference that will be happening in a few weeks. I didn't realize how little I ate until I journaled it in the diet calendar. And I also didn't realize how bad I looked until I took the "before" photos. I must get my butt in gear, and I'm glad I found this site to help me through my journey.
