I’ve put hummus, a bit of cheese, and some sliced tomato on cucumber slices. Tasty and refreshing!
I have to (theoretically/ideally!) watch my sodium so I sometimes snack on a small amount (15 g usually) of unsalted peanuts mixed with an equal amount of currants. It’s sweet and crunchy and doesn’t take much if I eat it *slowly!* - Good thing too, because it’s pretty high energy.
