yay!

I'm 2 kilos away from being at my "best" weight and now I'm at what is my "really good" goal weight so I'm really happy.

I am trying to make sure my body doesn't get too bogged down by routine by switching up my daily calories from higher to low from time to time.

Still staying away from yogurts which I think has helped the stall break. I just really hope my weight stays like this :-)
