Hi, Busy today, did not get a chance to eat breakfast so had to grab a bar, and they are very handy. Not meant for replacement meal but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Just forced myself for a 1 hour walk w/dog as its a nice day here. I'm not sure if I am going to the next phase of Atkins or not. Sometimes you get afraid that if you stop a good thing, I won't loose any more weight but have to be brave but think I'll stay in Induction until the end of April. Hopefully I WON'T get an Easter Basket lol.
