I'm curious, and please do not take offense at my questions. But, if you are not hungry, why eat? And if your body is giving you some signal, other than hunger, that you think you need to eat, what is that cue? I am mentoring a lady who says the same, yet she can't explain what she feels so I thought perhaps you can?

Of course. For me it is because I am on my cycle and had yet to eat today, I decided it was better to put something healthy in my body then rather than binge later.
