Wow!! The numbers on the scale can be deceiving!
It says I "gained weight," but in reality I've LOST a significant amount of body fat. Because I did the rapid fat loss diet this last month (the Atavis diet), the fluctuation in numbers is a bit crazy. I went from 147 down to 143, then down further to 141. Now I'm "up" to 144. Regardless of the crazy weight loss shifts, I lost weight in the last month!! Plus, my BMI has changed dramatically since I first started this journey in 2010. My BMI was 41.3 at my worst, and it's now 26.3. I'm almost in the healthy range! Celebration!
AND because the diet is focused on losing fat, not muscle mass, or water weight or any other kind of weight, I really did lose fat!! I calculate my body fat percentage each month, and I lost 2% of my body fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my wow!!!
