So yesterday was Fat Tuesday, and, well, I definitely went over on calories. Today is Ash Wednesday and I'm NOT going over. I'm not exactly fasting, but I am abstaining from meat & chocolate. Salad & yogurt for lunch, planning on red beans & rice for dinner. I got a lot of walking done yesterday plus more in the evening, don't know how wise that is. Tonight is another weight lifting session. Keep on keepin' on! (Photo isn't me - but the day will come!)
