Diario de AuntLOLO, 20 abr. 11

Hi FatSecret Friends--I'm struggling right now. I'm just so very tired from work, work-related stress, grad school, grad-school stress, reflections about turning 40, etc, etc, etc. Oh, I'm trying to lose 50 pounds. I always do this....I start off so strong, I hit my plateau of 180 and then I get stuck. When I get stuck, I get discouraged and then I start cheating on my diet. The binging comes back and sometimes the purging and the viscious cycle begins anew.

I hate my fear of failure! I need some words of encouragement.
