I haven’t checked in in two weeks because my eating was out of control and I felt embarrassed. This app helps me be accountable to myself but it sure is easy to get derailed during stressful times. Thank you all for your non-judgemental support when we demonstrate times of trouble. Time for a recommitment to myself. I know I feel better when I am a little lighter than this. 🙏🏼❤️
