Diario de carlasmith2, 22 feb. 22

Today was day 2 at the gym. Yesterday I did half hour on the comfy bike thingy and a few minutes on the tower. Felt okay this morning. This evening I did 30 minutes on the treadmill at a decent speed and half hour on the super circuit. I can feel this kicked my butt and I’m going to feel it in all the right places tomorrow but I will be pushing on. A home workout tomorrow and Thursday and then Friday to next Tuesday back at the gym.

Back to counting the calories as well and hope I’m doing it right. I’m not snacking on anything unhealthy so I’ll give myself a treat over the weekend.

I hear consistency is key all the time so hoping that by end March I will see some results on the scale or at least in my measurements.
