Diario de loosinisfun, 26 may. 09

goooooooooood tuesday mornin everyone!!...been watchin food intake really yesterday ..since i havnt been walkin since last friday cause of the rain and i also pulled somethin in my right knee..so just been takin it easy...but ive still been droppin weight off..so im guessin its all water weight...at the rate its comin off...il be bck down again in a day or so...hate the fact that its rainin like it is..but it might as well since i cant do alot of walkin anyways...knee is feelin better today even thought about going for a short walk, but i kno how my short walks turn out..lol...so might just take the time off an get better before i start pushin it again..really enjoy doing the couch to 5k, but mabye doing it 3 days a week is to much for my knee to handle with the extra weight still on...or maybe its just to much to handle in general..not really sure...a busy day ahead..lots of errands to run an today is store day again...well hope everyone had a great weekend...and your ready to get bck with the program again...have a great day....
