Diario de shep1015, 19 abr. 11

The last few weeks before last week were really really bad, did not watch my food intake and was hit and miss in the gym. Last week I was able to get to the gym for 5 days as I was before. My fitness had been so up and down over the last few weeks so I told my self that I would not post my eating and exercise stuff until I was back into my routine. I thought a few time I was back but I wasnt so I want to make sure I have no more set backs. Great start last week and this week is starting out as last week did. So if everything gose good this week I will be back to logging everything. Just something I need to do to stay on track. There might be some who thing this is a mistake but for me this is what I need.
