Diario de Tagkido, 19 feb. 22

Day #3 in the books and it feels like a success. I lost a little more water weight, I lifted weights this evening, and probably most importantly, I kept my calories below my goal. Most tempting? My trip to Costco lots of samples (many of which I did try), but I’m glad to say I didn’t buy any true junk food. Tomorrow is a 5 mile run. 🏃‍♂️ ❤️
