Diario de Toni Bourlon, 17 feb. 22

So the 3 day crash diet is done. Weight didn't change, still 144.5, so I lost 2 lbs. That's okay, couldn't expect to lose a lot of weight in 3 days, but I was hoping for another lb. Oh well, it's still a success because more importantly, I stuck with the plan. I also didn't have any coffee or chocolate for 3 days - a new record as far as chocolate goes! Though you can be sure I'm having a little chocolate today, and probably more than a little coffee because it's really cold outside. I opted to stay home today because I was expecting roads to be icy, but it looks like that's not really going to happen. That's fine, I got my kitchen cleaned & will probably get a double set of exercise this afternoon, some light lifting followed by a 3 mile walk on the treadmill. 2 lbs down, 9 more to goal weight, carry on!
