In South Africa people don't knock anymore, they climb through the window. I wanted to place a laughing emoji here, but it's actually not funny at all. I meant to say, so many people aren't willing anymore to grasp opportunities coming their way, they'll rather wrong someone else's chances.  

So true..... 🤍 But it's good to know there is still people who do..... I've learned the past year, to put myself first.... My health and my happiness.... And everyone willing to be a team mate can join.... And the first time since forever, I can look back and really know 40kgs is GONE. and I'm so beyond proud.... Cheers to grabbing the bull by its horns and smashing some serious goals and opportunities.... Xx 

40 kgs gone?! 😳 Home Affairs may need to issue a new ID, I think. 😁 Congrats. I think the biggest issue with weight-loss is to remain in a new, healthier lifestyle. I fell off the bus there a month ago, although I'm not really fat. Just six-pack-less. 🤣 It's good you're putting your health first, the pandemic taught me the same lesson.  

Haha not just home affairs..... My husband jokes I need new portraits in the house. When the kids are older he's going to say that's my ex wife(old me) and this is my now wife. (new me) big damn difference I might add. But I just laugh it off although I don't want to get rid of the old ones..... It reminds me not to give in to what my head thinks I need......  

And strongs on getting that 6pack back babe. You got this..... We got this!  

Be careful, one day your husband is going to complain you're not the woman he married. 🤣

Don't divorce him before you haven't gotten a brand new wardrobe out of him. 🤣 But I don't think he'll complain about the lost 40 kgs, it is more likely that he'll feel he has to get in shape too, if he isn't already. Saw photos of a friend of mine today, how she made herself over the past ten years. It's astonishing, nobody from her school years will recognize her. It's truly a tale of ugly duckling becoming a swan, and she was quite pleased when I said it. 😁 

😂🤣😂🤣 OH darling that's what I was thinking. 😉😂 Urg the bugger I love him to bits and if you knew everything, you'll love him tooooooo. 😅🤣🤗 We work out together...... But he definitely works out more since I'm well much less of me....... So it's a win win.
