Mau sedikit sharing aja.. waktu akhir tahun lalu saya (TB 165 cm) pengen diet krn merasa gendut (wkt itu bb 55kg). Setelah berhasil turun (sempet sampe 50.5 kg) haid malah stop :") Ke dokter dan dibilang terlalu kurus, harusnya bb di 55 kg.. jadi deh malah mesti naikin bb lagi :)) Kesimpulannya: diet boleh tapi kesehatan nomor satu :p
