WELL. Today's energy level was no bueno. Of course, yesterday I walked 4 miles and today I rollerbladed it. I did the whole thing in the time it took me to walk half of it yesterday, and it was hotter today. I definitely felt the no carbs=no energy thing. Ugh. On the plus side, my glutes and thighs HURT. That can only be good! I'm excited that I've exercised enough to need to use my anti-soreness bath soak. :) Onwards and downwards! :D
