accidently deleted my previous account🙈 so i have to start over... Here is my story.... over the last 2 years ( since the first lockdown ) i have had problems with my weight.... i gained a lot.... lost a little then last year i fell pregnant .... and now yet again gained a lot of weight. In 2019 i did a 10 week online fitness challenge and the end result was insane... my aim is to do the 10 week challenge again and i want to look and feel like my old self. starting today with week 1 -3 of the eating plan. I am walking for exercise since i havent been cleared forr my 6 week postpartum... on week 5 now. but im feeling great with walking far distances .... so basicly wish me luck.... i now loosing weight is tuff but its not impossible.

3 weeks postpartum here 👋🏻 Well done on the long walks. 🙌🏻 I still seem to be stuck in an erratic, unstructured feeding loop and my version of long walks, at this point, is from one end of my house to the other and back again every time the baby cries. 🤦🏼‍♀️Good luck with your challenge.
