Went up 3.8 lbs ⬆️ Yikes! I had lost 32 lbs total. Now that I’m healing nicely from the mastectomy and complications, I can get back into my daily rhythm until the next surgery. I’m not going to lie… it was difficult to give my body the rest it needed.

109,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 17,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 1,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
