So today was good for my weight loss program but activity wise kinda sucked i spent hours and hours at the dealership trying to get out of the car deal with B&B.
7:30pm and ive only had a little over 6 carbs. I did kick boxing and yoga today to! Im down to 187 from 193 and Monday is my official weigh in day so heres hoping for a 10lb mark!
