AR... dont be so hard on yourself! Take a stab at estimating what u ate for dinner. Sometimes I just enter ingredients separatly... but its an estimate but you may find you onlynate 800 cals.. add that to the less than 500 u already logged and you still have a deficit, albeit not as big as what you say you are shooting for with 900 cals per day (I still think you should eat more!)
As for stomach you should see a gastrinterologist. Might be stress induced ulcer. Have you taken any anti-imflammatorys lately? I did once for 3 weeks and it started eating thru my stomach lining. Stopped and ate mild foods for awhile and it healed.
