Diario de loosinisfun, 22 may. 09

gooooooood morning everyone!!!...couldnt sleep any longer so got up...was talkin to a fs bud on yahoo yesterday...and we talked about something that i have noticed over the last several weeks...i think its called droppin the ball...i think alot of times when you hit a goal then sometimes you kinda give in some an get off the main plan of gettin the rest of the weight off..or at least thats how i look at whats happend to me...i hit a point that i was happy with myslf an then i started giving in to the temptations of eating this an that..not going back to my old habits, but eating alittle of this an that...things that i had gave up for better choices...and its cost me by adding some of the weight back on..not alot but a few pounds over the last month or so...just a minor set back..an one that i need to address and move on from here...get bck into that healthier habit that i want to so badly achieve...at the end of the month will be my anniversary of when i actually started walkin to work the weight off...been thinkin about all of this for the last week or so...and i just need to set my mind bck into that healthy habit of seein myslf at my ideal weight an move on from here...i kno i can do it..i already have lost so much, but it has slowed down from the beginning but i kno thats all due to the fact that i lost most of the fat an now im just toneing up the rest of the fat thats left...today is the beginning of me tryin to get bck into that healthy state of mind once again...to journal better and to make wiser food choices thru out the whole day...to cut out the salty choices that ive gave into...and to get back into that mind set i had when i first started on this journey...knowing that i can do it and that it will take time...to forgive myslf and to move on to the next meal...

just got home from my first week of couch to 5k podcasts workout...can do 3/4 of the workout, but as i said in the past, gonna keep on doing the first podcast until i can do it all and kno i am able to do it all...before moving onto the second one...after my 25 min workout, then did a morning walk behind the workout...10087 steps in 89 min or..4.58 mi...now to rest for a few an head outside to start on the rest of the day...
