Eat what you like while respecting your calories. Not all the time once in a while. Example: you want a slice of pizza, you eat few calories during the day to be able to fit the slice of pizza into your daily calorie count. I also went through it. I also wasted nights feeling guilty, making myself sick. difficult to live a whole life completely depriving of what we like to eat. Just be responsible, so as not to fall back into bad habits.
