Hi everyone!

I'm hoping someone will be able to give me some advice surrounding protein intake.

How should one calculate what your ideal daily protein intake should be?

I'm trying to up my protein intake and lower my carb intake (especially refined carbs, not too worried about fibre carbs at this point).

Any help will be greatly appreciated 😊

A quick search on google will tell you. It depends on your goals and whether you are trying to build muscle or not. Its recommended anywhere from 0.8kg to 2kg or more per kg of bodyweight. I personally think a daily minimum of 100g is a decent amount for most people, active or not. Then fill in the rest of your calories with a mix if carbs and fats
