Definitely not a salad person, but i'm starting to get a taste for it. Rather than the knee-jerk "rabbit food" reaction I used to have lol. Add a little vinegar to it and you're good to go.

I hated vegetables before I wanted to lose weight But because of my determination to lose weight I had to eat salad and more vegetables Now, a year later, I love vegetables and actually crave them Your body will eventually realise how delicious it is 😋

A good trick for salads is to swap out iceberg for baby spinach, Rocket, stuff like that! Adds loads of flavor and colour. Also, roasted almonds chopped up and sprinkled over adds a great crunch and flavor. My favorite salad is baby spinach, strawberries, feta, cucumber, roasted almonds, a bit of red onion, olive oil and balsamic 😍

Someone mentioning Iceberg lettuce... I agree, other salad leaves have more flavour and nutritional value. Iceberg lettuce is basically just water - adds a nice crunch though. Good for salad "wraps". I personally love cos/romaine lettuce the most for my salad base. You can make a nice dressing with fat free/low fat yogurt (if u have to slash calories) and spices/herbs/vinegar/mustard - just experiment.
