Diario de Pamels23, 03 feb. 22

So I didn’t really track my weight for quite some time after my first baby and that didn’t turn out so great (but in my defense, lockdown happened straight after and that REALLY wasn’t great weight wise), so I thought this time around I would track my weight daily. Not from a point of view of “If I don’t lose weight, I’ll die.” But rather that I would like to try to figure out what my body actually responds to postpartum, because I learnt the last time that normal rules don’t apply postpartum, but I never actually figured out what makes it tick. Anyway, the scale has been up and down and all over the place (which is fine, because hormones, water retention, all the fun things). Long story short, I actually don’t have a clue what’s cooking, so I guess I’m just waiting for things to normalize a bit and become a bit more consistent and trying to be as balanced as possible until that happens.
77,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 22,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
