goooooooood mornin everyone!!!...wakin up to 54 this morning and headed out for my couch to 5k workout...and a morning walk, then after that headed to brians to split some wood...he called last night an asked if i wanted to spit some this morning..told him i only had 2 hours to spare this morning so we had to rock an roll to get it done in that amount of time..he said ther would be 3 of us out ther this morning so it shouldnt be a problm...so looks like the start to another busy day...just means burnin more calories...and not overeating to make up for the tired feeling...lol...not sure what im gonna do this afternoon yet...need to do a few things outside but not sure yet on those...well need to get up an moving...so i can be ready at 630 to get started...have a greatttttttt day!!!
