Halfway through week 2 and besides one splurge day I'm doing really well. Though I'm keeping my intake down I'm finding quitting the snacking at night has been the hardest. I've been doing ok in that area but the snack last night at 10 was probably not the best idea. It was low calorie but at the wrong time... One step at a time right!
