Yes, interesting article. I have been including more good fats like avocado and peanut butter, etc. in my diet. I can't do Atkins because it causes me serious problems. I do try to do lower carb. My dad ate a diet high in meats and fats and died of heart disease. I think many factors go in to a person's health and diet and one size does not fit all. I do agree that more protein, less carbs and plenty of good fats is the way to go though.
