It's the pasta. The carbs destroy it When I eat carbs I loose NO weight.🙈🙈🙈 Looks so yumme though

@Richard Steenkamp, I also have to agree the dish is fabulous minus the pasta carbs. I wish she used brown pasta instead of the processed white pasta. Carbs and alcohol stall your weight loss

Looks delicious! Calorie counting is the best! Can eat anything and still lose weight as long as you're in a deficit.

(carbs dont make you gain fat btw... eating more calories than you burn does) 😂😂
